My ISP is Telia. I cannot to connect to mail-server.
Symptoms:

I've changed my ISP to Telia recently. Since then none of my accounts can send mail using Outlook. The error received is
Task 'mail.mydomain.com - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Solution:

Telia requires that you use their relay of smtprelay1.telia.com as the outgoing server. You need to change SMTP server to smtprelay1.telia.com in email client.
