How do I backup my Database.

First thing to remember is to backup your database reguarly.

From your control panel select webtools from the menu below. 

Then Select MYSQL Databases from the menu below.

Then select the Blue Button that says "Now" Under the backup Menu Item.

 And thats it your database is all backup up.
