How do I backup the files on my website?

Ok this is done in a similar way on your control panel as backing up the database. (Except a little easier)

From the menu below select Web Tools 

You will then have a list of options displayed on the screen.

Select "Backup or restore your website" from the menu displayed

Clicking on the "download now" button will commence your download.  Save this file on a safe place somewhere on your computer.
